The concentrator is designed, manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with the US/European Union/China GMP standards. The parts in contact with the material are made of SS316L stainless steel.

The surface of each heating chamber and evaporation chamber is filtered without dead corners, and the weld is polished to RA0.4um.

The concentrator adopts external heating cycle and negative pressure evaporation method, which has the advantages of fast evaporation speed, large concentration multiple, and airtight collection of paste.

The concentrator adopts multi-effect simultaneous evaporation and secondary steam reuse, which not only saves boiler investment, but also reduces energy consumption. Compared with other concentrators, energy consumption is reduced by 70%.

The concentrator reduces pollution and leakage, and is easy to clean and operate.
