洁净室夹芯板由面板和芯材复合而成。面板可选用彩涂钢板、不锈钢、抗静电彩涂板、氟碳彩涂板、喷涂铝板等材质,满足不同项目对外观和功能的需求。芯材种类丰富,包括岩棉、聚氨酯、玻镁板、硅岩板、泡沫(EPS)聚苯乙烯、纸(铝)蜂窝、珍珠岩火格板等 ,赋予夹芯板多样化的性能。常见的夹芯板厚度为 50mm、75mm、100mm,有效宽度有 980mm、1180mm、1150mm 等规格,还可根据客户需求进行非标定制。

(一)洁净性能优越

部分夹芯板表面平整光滑,不易积尘,耐擦洗性能良好。如双玻镁岩棉夹芯板,其金属表面只需用湿布轻轻擦拭,就能去除灰尘和污渍,有效防止微生物滋生和附着,维持洁净室的清洁卫生,满足医药、食品等行业对生产环境的严苛要求。

企口型拼接的洁净室夹芯板,如 100 厚硅岩洁净板,安装十分快捷。此外,一些新型夹芯板设计巧妙,如便于清洁的洁净室用夹芯板,通过正六边形隔音保暖柱组件与清洁更换板组件磁吸组合拼接,不仅提高了安装效率,还极大方便了后期的清洁与维护。
